Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped one day a week, if when you confirm an order the shipping day has already passed you will have to wait until the following week for it to be shipped.

Orders are shipped from Spain, Madrid (Europe).
Depending on the country or continent the shipment can take from 2 to 3 weeks.

 

If the order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact directly to “adan.nanainonai@gmail.com” to find a solution to the problem and solve it as soon as possible. However, you understand that all products are treated with care and are properly packed, if the product has arrived damaged during shipment, the postal service is responsible. But we will be happy to look for a solution!

There are usually no problems with shipments, so this is unlikely to happen, but to ensure the well-being of your order, please choose a tracked shipment. If there are any problems with your order during shipping, the postal service would be responsible and cover the costs of the order.
